  I love Ulta, and I started shopping at Ulta living in Sacramento. So when I moved up to Spokane it would make sense to shop at one up here. Wrong! This store is NOTHING like the ones where I am from. This store is always disorganized, and messy. Good luck to you if you actually need any assistance with a purchase. Employees are hard to find, and make you feel hurried and act annoyed when you ask them questions. I have given the store a few chances now and I have given up and shop at Sephora now. Thank you Spokane Ulta for ruining Ulta for me forever.
