  Worst experience ever. Took my 2 year old in for his first haircut and my child was scared because it was his first time getting his hair cut and the lady keep saying "geez kid it's just a haircut calm down" after everything was done.. I cried because it was THE worst feeling like your kid is over reacting when in fact he was just scared.. 2 people crying from one experience shouldn't be how it is.
