I have been going to this gym for a few years now and have loved every minute of it. Mike and Angela are very welcoming and have created a fun environment for people to come together, work out, and become friends.

I drop into dozens of gyms all over the country, as I am on the road for work on a weekly basis. Crossfit Spokane is, without a doubt, on of the best gyms I have had the pleasure to drop into. It is the top-notch for a multitude of reasons. The coachs (Mike in particular - coach and owner) are incredible. The programing is among the best i have seen -- combining skill, strength, and a solid METCON in every 60 min class. The facilities are great. The members are welcoming and make any drop in feel like they are part of the community. I look forward to every time I pass though Spokane knowing I have a fantastic gym to visit. This long time crossfiter recommends Crossfit Spokane 1000% to anyone looking to join a gym or just passing through town. Thanks Mike and the rest of the Crossfit Spokane community for the great experience.
